#GetFitFridays Week Two
Here’s the weight loss tracker I’m using. It’s located in the first few pages of my bullet journal. Yeppers! It’s in the shape of a heart. Well, actually two hearts. One is to remind me that I need to stay strong and healthy and take care of myself and the other is for me to be strong and healthy for my family. I’m going to track my 60 pound weight lost with this. I marked off my 1st pound for my first week. This week’s goal was met!!
I also changed my goal setting on my fitbit weight-in section. It was set at 5 pounds and I brought it down to one pound. I will change it weekly.
My 6,000 or more daily step challenge – Made it 4 out of 7 days. Need to move it more on the weekends. Made it to the gym 3 times this week.
