Hope everyone had a happy and blessed Thanksgiving Day with your family and friends. I overindulged at dinner and definitely need to update my workout page in the December spread.
Today I wanted to talk about my gratitude page. I try to remember to be thankful for all that I am blessed with. All the little things that make me smile, be safe, happy and feel loved. I thank God daily for my spiritual, material and physical blessings.
I have been using only one page, one line per day on my gratitude page. If you want you can use the two lines a day, that will bring you to a two page gratitude spread. Tried it myself but it was just simpler for me with one line.
Hope I inspired you. I want you to feel blessed and loved. Jot down your blessings and be thankful for them. It starts by God’s first gift to you of the day when you open your eyes in the morning. Your next blessing can be just enjoying that first cup of coffee. Don’t take anything for granted.
At the end of my day I open my bullet journal to see what’s happening tomorrow, check off my goals and to do’s that were completed today and I count my blessings.
